Arrival and departure

Check-In: from 2 p.m.

Check-Out: within 10 a.m.

Pick-up service: we will gladly pick you up at the station. Just give us a call.


Deposit

To make a reservation we ask for a deposit of 200 € per room/apartment by bank transfer. The bank details will be sent by e-mail. The deposit will then be deducted from the total bill.


Price information

The prices are quoted per person/day for the rooms & for the apartments per unit for 2 people including service and VAT for a minimum stay of 7 days.
Prices vary according to season and length of stay

Local tax is 2,70 € per person/day (from the age of 14 years). This can only be paid on site and in cash.

Reduction for children:

  • 0-2 years: free of charge
  • 3-5 years: -50 %
  • 6-10 years: -30 %

Cot 8,00 €/day

 

Breakfast: can be added for apartments 15,00 € per person/day

Final cleaning: obligatory final cleaning of the apartments of 30,00€ is not included in the price

Bath and bed linen: provided free of charge

Pets: are allowed 10,00 €/day (without food). Please bring a dog blanket or basket.


Included services

We will provide The HOLIDAYPASS, which allows unlimited use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol (only in winter).

Cancellation conditions::

  • Up to 60 days before the start of your holiday - free of charge
  • Up to 30 days before the start of the holiday - the deposit is kept
  • Up to 14 days before the start of the holiday - 40% of the total amount booked is due
  • Up to 7 days before the start of the holiday - 60% of the total amount booked is due
  • From 7 days before the start of the holiday - 70% of the total amount booked is due
  • In case of no-show - 100% of the total amount booked will be charged
  • In case of early departure the room will be charged until the agreed day.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
